I help Realtors serve their clients better and build sustainable businesses.
My job as the broker/owner of C21 Local Home Team Realty Inc. is to help realtors grow their skill set to create incredible client experiences and grow their repeat business.
I do this by meeting with our realtors 1 on 1 for accountability, by bringing in top-notch speakers and industry experts, hosting weekly office meetings, and fostering a team-oriented culture within the brokerage where we all help eachother improve to best serve our clients.
I started in real estate at the ripe-old age of 18, and that's what I've been consumed with since- helping families buy and sell properties to live in, invest in, and grow.
My wife and I have been blessed with 4 incredible children, 2 girls and 2 boys- as you can imagine they keep us quite busy outside of work. We enjoy doing activities with the kids like biking, boating, golfing, swimming, skating, walking the dog and having other families over to our home for dinners.
I also enjoy volunteering within our church in Kingsville, The Bridge Youth center in Leamington, and being a part of various men's ministry/study groups in the community.
I'm a life-long resident of Essex County and am obsessed with investing in our local area and helping others do the same.
